With a Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAN and over 11 years of experience, Sanjeev has gained extensive knowledge of banks and financial institutions, mainly commercial banks in conducting reviews with a focus on credit processes, especially of wholesale lending, operational processes and risk assessment processes. He has gained various professional experiences which include managing and conducting a range of Internal Audit, External Audit and Tax Audit. He has experience in Corporate Finance Advisory, Due Diligence, Deal advisory & Strategy, Merger & Acquisition, External/Statutory Audits, Internal Audit and Risk Advisory, Taxation and Compliance Advisory, Payroll Support and compliance reviews.
He has provided various tax advisory services to foreign consultants and multinational entities working in hydro power and renewable energy development sector and infrastructure development sector in Nepal.
